Terms of use

1. Who we are

Peasycal is an app for families to organise their children’s plans. It is provided by Jonathan Méndez Sánchez, tax ID 71878091D, at calle Roma, 3, 28670 Villaviciosa de Odón (Madrid), Spain. You can write to us at privacidad@peasycal.com.

2. Who can use it

Peasycal is for adults who look after the children in their family (mothers, fathers, legal guardians or other responsible adults). Children have no account and do not use the app: their details are added by an adult in the family, who is responsible for being allowed to do so.

3. Your account and your family

To use Peasycal you create an account with your name, your email and a password, which you must keep secret. Each account belongs to one family. Whoever creates the family is its admin and can invite other adults with a code; all members see and edit the same calendar. You are responsible for who you invite.

4. Your AI

Peasycal includes an artificial intelligence assistant (“your AI”) that reads what you send it (texts, photos, documents, voice notes or chats) to find dates and suggest them, answers questions about your calendar and sums up your week.

The AI can make mistakes. That is why what it notes down waits in “To review” until you approve it, and you should check important information (medical appointments, deadlines, permission slips) against its original source. Peasycal does not replace the judgement of the responsible adults.

Do not send your AI anything you are not entitled to share, or especially sensitive information that is not needed to organise the calendar.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use Peasycal lawfully and respectfully: do not upload illegal or offensive content or third-party content without permission, do not try to access other families’ data or the app’s systems, and do not use it for anything other than organising family life.

6. Usage limits

Each family has a monthly AI usage limit to keep the service sustainable. We warn you as you approach it; if you reach it, the calendar keeps working and your AI resumes the following month.

7. Price

While Peasycal is in testing it is free. If paid plans are introduced in the future, we will tell you in advance and you will never be charged without expressly agreeing.

8. Your content

What you add to Peasycal belongs to you and your family. You only give us permission to store it and process it as needed to provide the service, as explained in the privacy policy.

9. Availability and liability

We do our best for Peasycal to work well and always be available, but there may be faults or interruptions. Peasycal is provided as is; to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage caused by errors in the calendar or the AI, or by decisions taken without checking the information.

10. Leaving

You can stop using Peasycal whenever you like and delete your account in Settings → Account → Delete my account. If other adults remain in your family, the family carries on with them; if you are the only person, the whole family is deleted. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, letting you know unless the law prevents it.

11. Changes

If we change these terms significantly, we will let you know in the app before they apply.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts where you live.
